6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees
Appointments, fees, cancellations, missed appointments, and payment obligations are governed by separate financial and practice policies provided during intake or upon request. LifeSpan Psychiatry reserves the right to modify scheduling and fee policies as permitted by law.
