Insurance & Billing
We are committed to making high-quality psychiatric care accessible and transparent. Below is an overview of our insurance participation, billing practices, and payment policies.
Insurance Coverage
We accept a variety of insurance plans, including:
-
Medicare
-
Medicaid
-
Select commercial insurance plans
For certain insurance providers, we partner with Headway, a secure third-party platform that manages credentialing, claims submission, and billing. For other plans, billing is handled directly through our practice.
Please note:
-
Insurance participation may vary by plan and is subject to change
-
We are currently in the process of credentialing with additional insurance companies, and coverage options may expand over time
-
We recommend verifying your benefits directly with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment
Self-Pay (Out-of-Pocket)
For individuals who do not have insurance:
-
Session fee: $199 per visit
-
Payment is due at the time of service.
Co-Payments & Patient Responsibility
-
Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible amounts are due at the time of service
-
Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including coverage limits and out-of-pocket costs
-
Any charges not covered by insurance will be billed to the patient
Billing Process
-
Claims are submitted either through Headway or directly by our practice, depending on your insurance plan
-
You may receive explanations of benefits (EOBs) from your insurance provider outlining how claims were processed
-
If required, you may also receive invoices for any remaining balance
